Oakland Residential Instability Dashboard
The following two dashboards are designed to share key data to better understand and target residential instability in Oakland. The first provides a detailed table of Oakland neighborhoods and the latter provides side-by-side maps of key variables.

This second dashboard shows side-by-side maps of Oakland to see how a chosen region fares across multiple variables. Here are a few recommendations for use:
Do not click on maps — drag to select regions of interest, even if just one census tract.
To select multiple maps, hold Cmd/Ctrl and click on checkboxes. Do not select too many maps at once.
Scroll mouse over map to see data values.
To “undo” an action, use the left arrow on the bottom gray bar.
The maps may take some time to load. Please be patient.
