Opportunities
Stanford Students
We encourage interested undergraduate and graduate students at Stanford to check out the lab’s projects and email the lab (changingcitieslab@gmail.com) or lab director Jackelyn Hwang (jihwang@stanford.edu) to express interest. We often have new opportunities available in the summer and at the start of each academic quarter. Undergraduate research opportunities are updated annually here.
We employ a variety of analytic techniques in the lab and invite interested students of all academic backgrounds to reach out. We especially encourage students who feel personally affected by the issues we tackle and those who hold historically marginalized or underrepresented identities to express interest.
Non-Stanford Students
Unfortunately, we do not currently have research or staffing opportunities for non-Stanford students in the lab.
